Jennifer and Jessica were married at the Old Manse in Concord, MA with a reception following at the Pierce House in Lincoln. Much thought went into their beautiful, joyful day, beginning with their arrival in a canoe belonging to Jessica’s late father. Some of the many happy moments:

David Prifti, a close friend of the couple and an amazing photographer, used an 8×10 view camera to make a tintype portrait of Jen and Jessica:

After a few postponements…finally – a dry day for Jen and Adam’s engagement portraits at the Acton Arboretum! It was great to get to know them better, and we’re looking forward to beautiful weather at their October wedding! Check out some of our favorites:

Kristen and Mike were married at St. Julie Biliart Parish in North Dartmouth, MA, with a reception following at the New Bedford Whaling Museum. Between the ceremony and reception, we photographed family and friends at Kristen’s grandfather’s farm in Westport, MA, and at Gooseberry Neck Beach. Check out a few images from this very fun day:

The image below is a bit different….and no, it hasn’t been Photoshopped! This is an out-of-camera shot taken with a digital camera we had converted into an infrared shooter by LDP LLC. Normal digital cameras have a filter to block infrared light and capture the “visible” light spectrum. In this camera, the infrared blocking filter was removed and replaced with one that blocks almost all of the visible light spectrum. (It’s a sensor-mounted 830nm filter, for the technical folks out there.) We’ve had a lot of fun looking at how this converted camera puts its own spin on outdoor scenes.
