There are many photography-oriented sites on the web, some better than others. One that I always recommend to friends is Photo.net, a very long-running community sites that has forums, user-submitted galleries, and equipment reviews. The amount of advertising has risen a bit over the years, but this is still a great place to go and learn & discuss both the artistic and the technical side of photography. Since it was a popular online site before the digital revolution hit the photographic world, it’s also a good resource for film shooters.
